Level one tumbling:  Flexibility and strengthening are important to tumbling at any level. L1 tumbling focuses on the fundamentals of Cartwheels, Roundoffs, Handstands, Backbends, Rolls, Kickovers, Walkovers, and jumps.

Level two tumbling:  After a student masters the skills listed under L1 tumbling, they may be enrolled in L2.  The students allowed in this class are ready to work toward Backhandsprings, Fronthandsprings, Aerials, Roundoff-Backhandsprings, and Tucks.

Level three tumbling:  Students must be able to do Roundoff-Backhandsprings in order to get into L3 tumbling. This class is geared for the student who wants to work towards higher level tumbling such as multiple Backhandsprings, Tucks, Layouts, Halves and Fulls.

Squad tumbling: Bring your school squad to the gym and work on skills together.

Parkour:  Students learn to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without assistive equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, quadrupedal movement, and other movements as deemed most suitable for the situation.
