Competitive Gymnastics
Competitive gymnastics requires the support of the family for any gymnast to be successful. Parents must be able to make a commitment to their program. At the lower team levels, the number of hours and days is relatively small. As your daughter progresses up in levels, the hours and days will continue to grow. Carpooling with other team parents is always a good idea. Parents play a huge role in the development of a successful gymnast. Your role is every bit as important as that of the gym or of the coaches. It is also every bit as difficult. That is why we welcome your presence at practices, at team functions and at every competition. We try to be family friendly and team oriented. We want your input and your child to succeed.

Selection for the TOPs program is based on the athlete’s age, ability and goals in gymnastics. While only a small number of team members will participate in the TOP's program, we feel the coach’s education provided through this program is invaluable to our entire program.
